You can open Firefox Library using main Firefox Menu (3-lines hamburger menu button) or using hotkeys such as Ctrl+Shift+H, Ctrl+Shift+B, Ctrl+J, etc.
Sometimes you may want to create a direct shortcut or bookmark to open Firefox Library window for quick and easy access. Today in this article, we’ll tell you about a direct command to launch Firefox Library page in a tab. You can also create a bookmark (or favorite) for this command to quickly launch Firefox Library page.
Personally I use this trick a lot in my Firefox web browsers in all of my computer machines.
If you also want to create a bookmark to direct open Firefox Library page in a tab, following steps will help you:
1. Open Mozilla Firefox and launch following URL from address bar:
chrome://browser/content/places/places.xhtml
It’ll direct open Library page in the current tab.

PS: If you are using an older version of Firefox, you’ll need to use following URL instead:
chrome://browser/content/places/places.xul
2. Now press Ctrl+D keys together to add a bookmark for it. Select Bookmarks Toolbar from the drop-down box and click on Done button.
That’s it. It’ll immediately add a bookmark for Firefox Library on Bookmarks toolbar.
NOTE: If Bookmarks Toolbar is not enabled in your Firefox browser, you can enable it by right-clicking on the tab bar or titlebar and select Bookmarks Toolbar option.
Now you can quickly open Firefox Library in a tab whenever you want by clicking on its bookmark present in Bookmarks Toolbar.
PS: In future, if you want to remove the bookmark, right-click on the bookmark and select Delete option. That’s it.

This link always opens with “All Bookmarks” selected.
I’d prefer it to open with “Bookmarks Menu” selected.
