If you are bored with the default Alt+Tab switcher screen in Windows and want to change it with something new and refreshing, here is a great tool for you.
VistaSwitcher is an elegant and powerful task management utility for Windows OS. Once installed, it replaces the default Windows Alt+Tab dialog with a nice box that shows a list of all running tasks, with their names and preview snapshots, and enables the user to take actions on them using the mouse and keyboard shortcuts. With just one click, you can switch tasks, minimize, maximize, restore the main window, or close the process.

The main advantage of VistaSwitcher is a brand new Alt+Tab switching window. Unlike to the standard Alt+Tab, VistaSwitcher shows a full-sized preview of each task window and easy-to-read relevant lists of tasks running, all shown clearly with titled icons so you can find the one you need within seconds.
With VistaSwitcher, you also have full control over any opened window, all within two clicks away. So, go ahead – minimize, maximize, restore, cascade, tile vertically or horizontally, close or even end the process!
VistaSwitcher runs under Windows XP, Vista and 7. There is also a native 64-bit version available for download. The program integrates into Windows natively and runs without any compatibility issues.

I'm looking for another windows managment applcation: List of windows/tasks and list of commands would take affect the chosen windows/tasks.
Do you have any suggestions?

@Joji
I just realized something... it tends to be glitchy when your'e in a full screen game. So say I'm playing "Halo: Combat Evovled" and I have a another windows on. I can't really switch to the other window, and it would still stay on the Halo game isntead of switching it to the other windows.
Hope the developer fixes that!

joji, all processes starting windows nt are run in true 32-bit multitasking environment. so you "can" switch over to any process. the application, however, must be designed such that it allows switching and is not focusing the os attention on itself (stealing focus). if you're not able to do it, then it's the drawback of the application, in your case, Halo.
the sureshot way to switch to any other window when playing any such game is to press the windows key. if this also doesn't work, then the only other way is to press win+D which would minimize all the windows. then you can focus on the required process.
however, in the unlikely event of even this workaround not working, you've to contact the developers of Halo and make them realize this! ;-)
