[Tip] Fix Internet Problems in Mobile Phone Using Custom DNS

But there was a limitation in using custom DNS in mobile phones. You can only use custom DNS settings for Wi-Fi connections. You can’t use custom DNS for cellular data connections.

Now we want to share a good news. Cloudflare has released a new app for mobile phone users called “1.1.1.1: Faster & Safer Internet” which enables Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 DNS resolver on mobile phones.

Once installed, this app enables 1.1.1.1 DNS resolver which is claimed to be world’s fastest and safest DNS resolver. This DNS resolver makes Internet connection faster in your mobile phone by using Cloudflare’s global network. It also improves privacy by using a secure connection to encrypt your DNS queries.

When you install the app and run it for the first time, it creates a new VPN profile to encrypt DNS queries. After that you just need to tap on the big toggle button to turn the DNS resolver ON.

That’s it. Your mobile phone will start using Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 DNS resolver and you should notice improvements in Internet connection speed. Now websites will load faster and you should not face any problem or error messages while opening websites in your mobile phone.
