“StarterDesktopSlideShow” is an excellent tool for Windows 7 Starter Edition which provides Desktop Wallpaper Slide Show functionality which is not present in this edition by default.

  2. So actually we can get the disabled features out of Windows 7 Starter without the need to upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium/ Basic/ Ultimate/ Pro.
