We have posted about RK Launcher, RocketDock, ObjectDock, Circle Dock and SliderDock and now its turn of "XWindows Dock". Thanks to our active reader "The Swiftman" for mentioning it.
"XWindows Dock" is a new dock for Windows which is the best Mac dock emulator. It provides all graphics affects like reflections, transparency, shadow, blur, etc.

I'm using your SEVENVG theme and this dockbar doesn't show up properly with that.
the taskbar blocks its appearance.
and It doesn't have option to be placed on right / left / top of the DEsktop like other dock programs
so overall--
small in size : so good for download
but I'm not impressed with features.

I have used this before. The feature that stands out the most for me was the gallery stacklet. It opens up a horizontal slideshow that allows you to view video and images in a folder . You can even right click an image and immediately make it your wallpaper. It was very well done. I also found the stacklet animations very eye catching. It does have a limited placement setting, but overall it is a great application.

i agree with MMG. features are not all that impressive. also doesnt have an option to move dock on desktop.

Enter into dock preferences and click on "Panel" section in right sidebar. Now you can set the position of the dock by adjusting "Space between dock and screen" option.

Circle dock and Rocket dock are the best ones, it feels so crappy, I hoed Rocket dock had the same settings...

A nice application launcher is RunMe, I'm using it for 2 years and I think it's great. You could do a review for it.

For me the "best" Portables (without Bloat NET Framework)
are the more flexible RK-Launcher + Magic Formation =)
