Fix Problems While Installing or Upgrading to Windows 8.1

PROBLEM 1: Windows 8.1 Update is Not Shown in Windows 8 Store
Windows 8 users can upgrade to Windows 8.1 by downloading and installing Windows 8.1 absolutely free through Windows Store. You just need to launch Windows Store and there you'll see a link to install Windows 8.1 update.
