Several readers have reported this annoying bug in Windows 10 operating system. Whenever they try to move icons on Desktop, the icons jump back to the original location. So they can’t re-order icons on Desktop.

Some readers shared that most of the time this issue occurs when they try to move an icon to bottom-left area of screen just above the Start button. For some readers the issue occurs while moving icons upwards or downwards on Desktop.
