Microsoft has removed many classic features from Windows 7 like Classic start menu, Quick Launch toolbar, etc. Although most of them can be enabled using 3rd party apps or simple registry hacks:
[AIO] How to Get All Good Old Classic Features Back in Windows 7
There are 6 more classic programs which have also been removed from Windows 7 but most of the people don't notice them. The programs are:

Actually the 3D Pinball game can directly copy from Windows XP and it's playable in Windows Vista and Windows 7. It's not so "wow".
Anyway, it's a good game!
Open the Pinball folder at "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Pinball" and locate the "Pinball.exe" executable file.
Right click the "Pinball.exe" file and drag it to the GameExplorer/"Games" folder in the Start menu and choose "Copy here".
Now when you want to play 3D Pinball just click Start > Games > Pinball.
InkBall
Available on Windows Vista and Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005
Removed (discontinued) from Windows 7
