Is November 2021 Update Last Feature Update for Windows 10?

That’s the question which many Windows 10 users are asking at the moment. The answer to this question is “may be”.

Since Microsoft has released new Windows 11 operating system to public, there are chances that Microsoft will stop releasing feature updates for Windows 10 and will shift focus to the new Windows 11 operating system.

The Windows Insiders program has also moved to Windows 11 and insiders are already receiving new testing builds of Windows 11.

Also last 2 feature updates 20H2 and 21H1 for Windows 10 were minor updates and didn’t introduce any new features or functionality to Windows 10. These feature updates just fixed bugs, issues and brought improvements. Now 21H2 is also a small feature update, so it seems Microsoft may end releasing feature updates for Windows 10 and November 2021 Update might be the last feature update for Windows 10.

But that doesn’t mean Microsoft will stop supporting Windows 10. Microsoft will keep releasing monthly updates for Windows 10 till October 14, 2025.
