WinBubble: Freeware to Customize and Tweak Windows Vista and Windows 7

Today we are going to share a free tweaking utility which allows you to tweak and customize many hidden and advanced settings of Windows which are not available to customize by default in Windows.

WinBubble is a nice and small utility to tweak lots of hidden settings in Windows Vista and Windows 7. The best thing is, you don’t need to install it. Its a portable app. Just download it and run the EXE file. That’s it.

  1. Tried to download it on Softpedia, they’ve replaced it without warning, with the Windows 10 edition, which replaces many of the Vista tweaks with Windows 10 tweaks.
