WSA Update “2311” Released for Windows 11 Subsystem for Android
UPDATE: Microsoft has released a new update version 2311.40000.3.0 (December 2023) for the “Windows Subsystem for Android” (WSA) feature present in Windows 11 operating system. This update includes improvements to platform reliability and functionality, security updates, few changes and other improvements. Currently the update is in Preview mode and can be installed on devices containing Windows 11 Insider Preview builds.
Windows Subsystem for Android is a new feature introduced in Windows 11 which allows users to install and run Android apps on their computers. You can run Android apps on your Windows 11 PC just like you run them on your Android smartphone.

This update definitely broke WSA on my Surface 9 Pro (i7) tablet. Nothing will run now. I’ve provided feedback to MS regarding this, but just a warning YMMV!
