[Tip] List of All Hidden Secret Internal Pages and URLs in Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge

Recently an AskVG reader asked me how do we know about various internal about pages in web browsers? Is there any way to find out all about pages which come bundled or preinstalled with these web browsers? Here we go:

All web browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge come with many internal or built-in URLs which can be used to access about pages, Settings pages, bookmarks, downloads, help, version information, etc pages.

You might also have used or heard about hidden secret advanced configuration pages (experiments, flags, etc) found in almost all web browsers. These pages allow users to access advanced options which can be turned on or off to enable/disable various features and functionality of the web browser. Generally these options are not available in browser Settings page.

  1. Once this massive list of pages is revealed, what do you then (safely) DO with them? And it is possible to back out if you mess everything up?

  2. ^^ The pages are absolutely safe. They just list other About pages. You can close the page by closing the tab.
