The Web Version of Adobe Photoshop is Now Free

Last year a web or online version of popular Adobe Photoshop program was released and now Adobe is making it free for all users.

Adobe Photoshop is a very popular image editing and enhancement software which is used by many people all around the world. It helps users in creating new graphics as well as modifying their photographs. You can enhance existing photographs such as increasing sharpness, removing unwanted portion of an image, adding cool effects and much more. In fact, many professional photographers also use Adobe Photoshop to enhance photographs and taking their printouts.

But Adobe Photoshop is not a free software. Interested users need to purchase the program to be able to use it.

Last year in October 2021, Adobe released an online or web version of Photoshop and Illustrator to its existing users or subscribers. The web version allows users to use Photoshop in their web browser without any need of installing the Photoshop software in their computer systems. It might come handy for people who want to use Adobe Photoshop in other devices but don’t want to install Photoshop in those devices.

The web version of Photoshop provides many useful features and functionality taken from the Desktop version of Photoshop such as adding layers, effects, using basic tools like cropping, brushes, etc.

Initially the web version of Adobe Photoshop required subscription of Creative Cloud but now Adobe is planning to make the web version of Photoshop available free to all users.

At the moment, the Photoshop web version can be used for free in Canada. If you live in Canada, you can create a free Adobe account and can use Photoshop on web for free.
