  1. I have been using Word 2010 for about six months, however in December it started failing… I attempt to open it, the opening graphic scene pops up for about 2 seconds then closes. I look into the properties and the entire Microsoft Office 2010 files are there. Tried the other programs in the suite and the same thing happens. What can I do at this point? Thx
