Since a few days, while using Facebook website on my desktop PC, I was getting following error message randomly in the web browser:

Following screenshot shows the error message displaying on Facebook.com website:
I was using Mozilla Firefox web browser in Windows 10 on the device. The device was actually a Dell branded desktop PC.
Refreshing the page worked and the page loaded fine but again after a few minutes, I started receiving the same error message again.
In this article, I’ll share a working fix to resolve this annoying issue in Facebook.com.
If you also face this error message while browsing through Facebook pages, following method will help you in fixing the issue completely and getting rid of the error message:

First I performed a hard refresh of the webpage. I opened Facebook website again and pressed Ctrl+F5 keys together to reload the webpage from scratch without using the browser cache. It opened the Facebook pages fine but I was still receiving the same error message again on Facebook randomly.
At last I tried to clear cache and cookies of facebook.com. I clicked on website information padlock icon present before the website URL shown in Firefox address bar and clicked on “Clear Cookies and Site Data” option given at the bottom of the fly-out.
It opened “Removing Cookies and Site Data” dialog box containing facebook.com entry. I clicked on “Remove” button to clear facebook.com site data from Firefox web browser as shown in following screenshot:
Since I cleared Facebook cookies, It logged me out from Facebook website but it fixed the annoying issue permanently. Now Facebook website is working fine in my web browser and I haven’t received “This Page isn’t Available Right Now” error message on any Facebook page.
So if you also face this problem in any web browser, first try to hard refresh the page using Ctrl+F5 hotkey. If it doesn’t solve the issue, then try to clear cache and cookies in your web browser. Remember clearing cookies will automatically sign you out from the website.
