I love yahoo messenger I really do, its how I used it to connect with friends and family members, chat with others.

Same here. Never quite liked Y!M for some reason. Prefer WLM. But Yahoo Messenger for Vista was starting to interest me with its good WPF implementation.

Dunno why they sacked it.
