XPize: GUI Enhancer for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003

Windows XP still contains many icons and images which have not been changed since ages. These resources look old and boring compared to new resources.

Today in this topic, we are going to share a free GUI enhancement software which will replace all such old resources in Windows XP with new high-resolution resources.

XPize is a freeware for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 that replaces most of the bits in Windows that do not match XP’s style with bits that do.

The software does not contain any spyware or ad-ware. It is also easily uninstallable so you can restore default look if you don’t like the new UI.

XPize does not replace any files, system or otherwise. Instead it “patches” the system files by replacing the old resources inside the files.

Following is a preview of the output which you are going to get after using this patcher:

Both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows editions are supported.
