Hi vishal bro. i created a usb boot device using novicrop wintoflash but after the xp setup completes it says "Windows could not start bcoz the following file is missin or corrupt:\system32\hal.dll. Please re-install a copy of the above file" .what does dis mean, and what sud i do? help me

I have downloaded it in English, my computer is in dutch, and the licence that I should accept is Russian.
Fortunately I know Яusssian to. (anyway it's strange)
so I downloaded the EN version, now it's NL with a lot of wrong translations, as if they used Google translate.
at least the program works...
