Thanks for answering!

BTW, I downloaded it and it wouldn't let me install. Since I took out many windows components, like bitlocker, windows defender, and many more of the things I won't use, the installation package is rejecting my orders. I would have to go back and perform a virgin installation, which I'm not gonna do since I have put so much effort and time into making my own version of vista, customized to the bone, for aesthetics, performance and security. No crashes or lags, and I am really happy with what I've got so far. I thought maybe the new SP could help improve it even more, but if it requires me to forgo all my work and start from scratch. I'll have to pass and wait for windows 7.

^^ I have not tested it personally but I'm sure it'll not overwrite your customized settings.

But your modified applications like theme, calculator might be overwritten.

Hi Vishal

Have you tested this SP2 escrow build?
Does it alter your configuration of Vista SP1? ie. Changes to services, enabling services that you already had disabled?
Does it open ports if they were already closed? I have all my legacy ports closed and many services disabled, will this SP2 for Vista change any of that?
I made many changes on my Vista to make it look like windows 7 also, new theme, new calc, etc, will any of those be reset to their default after installing this SP2?

Thanks a million!
