The blurb says:

'"Windows Utilities Launcher" which is a portable application, i.e. you even don't need to install it. "

What it does NOT say is that you have to have .NET 3.5 installed also (c~300MB) . Without it, this simple program does not work.

Another way is to add all of those options to the right click menu of My Computer by using this registry tweak (Windows XP ONLY!!) Change the file extension name from txt to reg, and then click on it and instantly you will have all of those useful utilities available from the right click menu of My Computer. Here is the script:

I read somewhere that using Microsoft Management Console (MMC) one can create custom stuff with snap-ins and such... maybe something like this app... Correct if I'm wrong, please.

What system administrator will have to use such tool - there is control panel, and advanced administration tools section inside. Not to mention those are usually enough skilled to maintain those tasks quickly enough to not bother with some "launcher".

By the way, either its me, but did anyone notice how often some keywords repeat. (believe I know how it all works)
