It is quite a handy tool. One thing that I would suggest is this utility looks like it is for Windows Vista and Windows 7 only because of the icon set. If at startup would use images of Windows XP or example rather than Windows Vista or Windows 7, it would probably not be as misleading...

The blurb says:

'"Windows Utilities Launcher" which is a portable application, i.e. you even don't need to install it. "

What it does NOT say is that you have to have .NET 3.5 installed also (c~300MB) . Without it, this simple program does not work.

I read somewhere that using Microsoft Management Console (MMC) one can create custom stuff with snap-ins and such... maybe something like this app... Correct if I'm wrong, please.
