We have told you in past that Windows 8 will come with a new handy feature "System Reset" which will allow you to restore your Windows to factory settings. That means once you choose this option, it'll remove all installed software and will restore Windows to default settings.
Following image shows this feature present in Windows 8 testing build.

This feature also allows users to keep their account settings and personal files.
Quite handy feature. What do you think?

Hello,
I had DELL Factory Image Recovery files on a USB drive, I needed the USB Stick urgently so I copied the recovery files to my laptop HDD, then I formatted the USB to its default settings "from NTFS to FAT32", now I need those recovery files to get back to the USB, so I can boot from it and have my laptop preloaded to its factory status but I don't know how.
Would you please advise! Thanks.
*Attached screen shots included, please have a look.

^^ You can create the USB bootable using utilities mentioned in following article:

I wish if there's any way to shift those files into USB stick just like we do with Windows 7 using "Windows7-USB-DVD-tool" :(
Thank you Vishal, please think of something!
VG
^^ Shifting those files to USB will not work until the USB is created bootable and executes the same command which was configured by Dell in default recovery disc.

@VG
Which is almost impossible, am I right?
I think I have to manually install windows 7 and download the drivers from Dell support.
Thank you so much Vushal :)
