And yes, it really is crazy that you can't change the background, but there is a program that i downloaded (Called Oceanis Change Desktop Background Windows 7 Starter) AND, It works! But i would really like to change the colour of my toolbar, considering that it's an ugly blue colour. :@ So anyways, if someone could find a program to change that... TELL ME!
