Windows 7 RC build 7100 was released to public on May 5th and is still available to download. But Microsoft has announced that it'll close the RC download program on August 15th, so if you have not downloaded Windows 7 RC build, its time to grab your copy.
Here is what "Springboard Series Blog" says:
Still on the Windows 7 Beta,? You need to move to the RC and fast. Starting July 1st, the Beta will start to reboot every 2 hrs and expire Aug 1st.
Want to download the RC? The RC download program closes August 15. After that, you won’t be able to get the download, but you can still install the RC and get a key if you need one. (To get a key, just go to the Downloads page and follow the instructions.)

I think Microsoft plans to start the development of Windows 7 RTM after August 15th. They're really taking it closer to the final product. I am sure that Windows 7 will be the best edition of Windows ever. Hope that they can release the final product as soon as possible.

Windows 7 is going to be the best Windows ever! I can't believe people still use Windows 9x/2x still, I was also discussing with some firends will microsoft ever get rid of DOS >.<

^^ May be. It seems a font required for the theme is missing in your system.

^^ Check whether the theme pack contains any font. If it contains, install it and restart your system. If it doesnt contain, you can change the font from Desktop Properties.
