Download Windows 10 Insider Preview Build Offline ISO Files

UPDATE: Windows 10 Insider Preview build 19045.1826 (22H2 on Release Preview Channel) offline ISO files now available for download.

We know that Microsoft provides free Insider Preview builds (previously known as Technical Preview) of Windows 10 for download to public. These testing builds bring new features, fixes and improvements. Microsoft is doing this so that users can help the company by testing new features and providing feedback and bug reports to further improve Windows 10 OS.

You can download and install Windows 10 Insider Preview builds using following link:

These preview builds can be installed and used as primary operating system but you may face bugs and issues as these are testing builds. These new update builds are downloaded and installed using “Settings -> Update and recovery -> Windows Update” page as mentioned in following article:

But there is a big issue with this process. The update builds are huge in size because these builds are installed using the full setup ISO files of Windows 10 and users need to wait for many hours to complete the upgrade process. Also if a user wants to install these new Windows 10 updated builds in more than one computer, he’ll need to download the new build separately in all computers. It causes waste of Internet connection bandwidth as well as users time.

Many Windows 10 testers were complaining about this issue since a long time and now Microsoft has listened to their requests. Microsoft has released full standalone offline ISO files of the recently released Windows 10 Insider Preview build to public. These ISO files are available in both 32-bit (x86) as well as 64-bit (x64) editions.

ISO files are available in following languages: English (United States), English (United Kingdom), Chinese (Simplified), Portuguese (Brazilian), German, French, French (Canada), Russian, Japanese, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Spanish (Latin America), Polish, Turkish, Swedish, Czech, Arabic, Korean, Chinese (Traditional), Finnish, Thai and Chinese Single Language (Simplified).

You may wait a little till the server authorize the PHP link to download the ISO.

  5. This version, Microsoft removed water mark. Fixed broken audio on pprevious build

  6. “If asked, you can use following product keys at the time of installation:
Actually, your original Product Key is stored with your Microsoft account and can be used when
    ever needed.
I did a clean install of Windows 10, entered my MS Outlook info and the O/S was registered.

    Great stuff! 🙂

  7. I still using version 1703 build 16278.
Every time trying to update, always ended fail.

    I think i’ve visited the page before….. (can’t remember)

  8. vg – long time reader – i need help. i am running windows 10 -162999.334 . with updated bios from amd for spectra a. running dell 5675 with 1700x . i can no longer format drives did this before bios update.
i keep getting the error that the drive is write protected.

  9. ^^ Did you try to format the same drive using a different computer? And congratulations for getting married. 🙂

  10. If the title says “Download Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17127 Offline ISO Files” then at least it has to contain working links to the FTPs rather than a water-words.

  11. I want to do Internet banking but a prompt message appears saying you need install windows 10 before doing online purchase.

  12. Just upgraded to build 19041.264 and have been having lots of headaches with it. Main one is that no matter what I do the new start menu will not work properly. Expand, Pinned Apps and All Apps icons don’t work. Power options when clicked on are hidden by the main search box window, same with options of My Account icon. I have followed every trick and tweak I can find on your website plus some others found on line. Nothing makes the new start menu function properly. Wondering if other readers or VG have had similar experiences and maybe a solution. Thanks for your input.

  13. Thank for your reply VG. On further investigation I was wrong, start menu items are working properly just can’t see them because whenever start menu is opened the items are all hidden by the main search box which opens on top every time. I am assuming it is not supposed to do this. Checked section 12 as advised above. Did reinstall of ShellHostExperience and SearchIU rather than all apps but has not fixed my issue. Has anyone experienced this?

  14. UPDATE. Solved my issue. It was being caused by a tweak I really liked and was using (Enable Hidden Secret Immersive Search Bar UI in Windows 10) When ImmersiveSearch DWORD enabled to 1 it caused my problems. Set it to 0 and immediately start menu and search box work properly. Kind of sad because I really liked the minimised search window and would like to get it back working too. Any work arounds you know of?

  15. i am trying to register and install windows 10 insider preview but all i am being offered in settings is windows 11 and my pc is unsupported, can i receive any information regarding the above problem to help me register windows 10 insider preview.
    Many thanks Paul Giles
