^^ Yep. Its possible. Open regedit and goto following key:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop

In right-side pane, create a new String value WallPaper and set its value to the exact path of your desired wallpaper.

I have a very small question to ask but the answer to it could be long. The thing I want to do is change the background of the login screen of my server 2008. I want to change it from the regular blue default and replace it using some cool wallpaper. Is there any way I could go doing the same.... thnx in advance

Can you tell me how to transform Windows Vista to MAC OSX ?

I tried Flyakite but it doesn't seem to work properly with Vista.

I do have a question though. secpol.msc is part of the group policy correct? and you need to have ultimate in order to access that right? is there a way to change the security policy in home premium?
