^^ No. Windows XP doesnt support transparency. You'll need to use 3rd party software.

I have a few issues with the theme that I want to resolve:
1) The icons to the left of the items on the right side of the Start Menu are missing. How do I restore them?
2) There is a white bar above the Minimize, Maximize, and Close buttons in the upper-right hand corner of any non-maximized window. Is there any way to fix that?
3) Is there any way to remove the profile picture from the Start Menu?
4) The items in the All Programs menu are highlighted with the Vista highlight, but the items in the rest of the Start Menu are highlighted just as they are in XP. Is there a way to extend the Vista highlight to all of the Start Menu?
