Its an update over previous VistaVG RTM theme.
This theme has been made for Windows XP users who want to have "Windows Vista" look in their Windows. This theme can make your Windows XP look like Windows Vista.

FIX:
1. Chevron BUG fixed.
2. Startmenu image BUG fixed.
And a few other BUGs fixed...
NEW:
1. A new style "Black" has been added to the theme after a lot of demand for black titlebar.
2. A separate theme for Startmenu Searchbar lovers. It shows the Vista searchbar in Start menu but its fake. You need "LSPatch" to use it.
And more...
UPDATE:
1. Titlebar Text is shown in Left now.
2. Common Tasks are also shown in Left but an extra "shellstyle.dll" file is included for bottom common tasks.
3. Aero style for 32x icon size is default now.
4. Lots of new Vista images, like "All Programs" arrow, Explorer arrows, Startmenu images, Logoff/Shutdown images, etc.
5. A few colors changed.
And lots of other small updates...
HOW TO USE:
1. Extract the contents and you'll get a folder.
2. In this folder, you'll get 4 more folders:
=> Bottom Common Tasks (This folder contains "shellstyle.dll" file for showing common tasks in explorer at bottom.)
=> Fonts (This folder contains Segoe UI fonts required for the theme. Copy them to "%windir%\Fonts" folder.)
=> Styler Toolbar (This folder contains Style toolbar for explorer. To know more about Styler and how to use it, visit following link:
How to Install and Apply Styler Toolbar Skin in Windows XP Explorer?
=> Theme (This folder contains the main theme.)
3. Copy all contents in "Theme" folder to "%windir%\Resources\Themes\" folder.
4. Now you can set the theme using Desktop Properties.
5. Also make sure you have patched the "uxtheme.dll" file to allow 3rd party visual styles, if its not patched, then download and run the UXtheme Patcher from here:
For XP SP3 Users - Download UXTheme Patcher
For XP SP2 Users - Download UXTheme Patcher
NOTE: Avira anti-virus might show a virus alert in the pack which is a false positive alert. Actually it prompts about "LSPatch.exe" file which is included in the pack. LSPatch.exe doesn’t contain any virus. It modifies the "Explorer.exe" file which is a system file. That’s why Avira detects a CloseApp riskware in the file. No other anti-virus detect any suspicious item in the pack. So you can safely ignore the alert.

This theme is great, is this your latest theme for windows xp? It's hard to tell because theres no dates on the topics and no timestamps on the comments.
Mark
@Joe this is VG's latest Vista theme for XP. But since this one he's been doing a lot of work on SevenVG, the Windows 7 theme for Windows XP.
Joe
Do I need to patch the uxtheme.dll file if the theme already appears on windows, or is it to improve performance with the theme?
Mark
If you don't patch the uxtheme.dll your theme will revert to Classic at the next system startup.
Joe
I never patched anything and the theme still stays, same for every other theme i've used, so then I wouldn't have to patch it at all then would I?
Mark
That's weird... Personally, I haven't heard before of a computer that allows 3rd party themes without the uxtheme.dll file first having been patched. I'd have thought it was impossible... But I'll leave it to Vishal to settle that one, he's the pro around here
VG
Thats true. You need to patch Windows before using the 3rd party themes. There are many possibilities in Joe's case:
1. May be he is using a modified XP version which already includes the patched files?
2. May be he used some software like StyleXP which patched the file in background without his notice?
Joe
Ya the only thing I know that would of patched it already is auslogics visual styler, I had that program a long time ago but then deleted it because it was only a trial and I wanted to try it out.
Joe
Well I patched it now with the latest uxtheme patcher and its still same so it should be good now. The only thing that bugs me now though is on startups of windows, the task bar appears first as a flat blue color and then it appears the right way a few seconds later (Currently using the vistavg ultimate theme).
