Here is an Icon Pack for Windows XP, which will change XP default icons with Windows Vista icons. So you'll experience the high-resolution Vista icons in XP.
How To Use:
1. Download the RAR file and then extract it.
2. You'll get a folder containing the icon pack files.
3. Download "Stardock Icon Packager" from following link:
4. Now open the "VistaVG.iconpackage" file in the installed software and apply it.

i have a problem. can you please help me..i know your the only one who can help me.. when i uninstall the vista icon pack V3 my boot screen did not come back to its original bootscreen and when i use the restore system still nothing happens.. can any one please help me.. and also the harddisk icon did not come back to its default icon what will i do.. VG PLEASE HELP ME...

^^ Look into "Windows\System32" folder, if you find any file with name "NToskrnl.bak" or "NToskrnl_orifinal.exe" or similar, then let me know.
Also post content of "Boot.ini" file in C: drive. It'll be hidden.

^^ Type following command in Command Prompt:
sfc /scannow
It'll restore the modified files.

^^ Have you installed latest final version of SP3? I think you are using the beta or RC version of SP3.
