Here is an Icon Pack for Windows XP, which will change XP default icons with Windows Vista icons. So you'll experience the high-resolution Vista icons in XP.
How To Use:
1. Download the RAR file and then extract it.
2. You'll get a folder containing the icon pack files.
3. Download "Stardock Icon Packager" from following link:
4. Now open the "VistaVG.iconpackage" file in the installed software and apply it.

I have tried using winzip and Izarc2go but it wont extrac i get this error:

^^ Use 7-zip. Its free and can extract RAR files.

Ok, got it to work, had to use firefox because chrome must have cached the damaged file -.-, wonderful pack thanks a lot!

i have a problem. i nstalled the icons and activated them, but the windows freezed.
and i removed the program at "add remove programs". i restarted windows, and the icons were the same .
when i read a post about changing the icons to default, i re-installed the program but the default icons aren't recognized by it.
