Here is an Icon Pack for Windows XP, which will change XP default icons with Windows Vista icons. So you'll experience the high-resolution Vista icons in XP.
How To Use:
1. Download the RAR file and then extract it.
2. You'll get a folder containing the icon pack files.
3. Download "Stardock Icon Packager" from following link:
4. Now open the "VistaVG.iconpackage" file in the installed software and apply it.

Hi, can you build a system patch to replace xp icons with vista icons without icon packager or any other thing.
Or can you tell me what script is used by vistamizer or VTP.
Thanks!

file was corrupted when i was extracted VistaVG_Icon.rar

^^ Sorry but the file is absolutely fine. I have tried it many times and it always downloaded properly. Even no other person faced any problem.
I think there is some problem in your Download Manager. Which download manager are you using? May be its causing this problem.

Hey Vishal, great work on the Vista themes for XP.
I have one more question I would like to pick your brains about.
After I apply the theme (any Vista-ize theme for that matter), the desktop icons still have their XP characteristics. By this I mean that the background color of the Icon label carries over to be the "Desktop -> Color" setting from the Display Properties. I like the look of Vista where the Icon labels appear just as text on top of the Wallpaper, instead of XP's style of placing the label text on top of a "Desktop color".
Any ideas on how I can change this to make the Vista-ized XP desktop icons (and their labels) look like that of Vista?
