New updated theme available - VistaVG Blue Refresh Theme for XP
If you are facing menu cut-off problem in Start menu, then take a look at this link.
Its a Windows XP Port of recently released theme "Vista Blue for Windows Vista".

There are 2 versions in this theme:
Aero32 (for 32x icon size)
Aero48 (for 48x icon size)
HOW TO USE:
1. Download the file and extract its contents. You'll get a folder "VistaVG Blue".
2. In this folder, you'll get 2 more folders:
=> Fonts (This folder contains Segoe UI fonts required for the theme. Copy them to "%windir%\Fonts" folder.)
=> Theme (This folder contains the main theme.)
3. Copy all contents in "Theme" folder to "%windir%\Resources\Themes\" folder.
4. Now you can set the theme using Desktop Properties.
5. Also make sure you have patched the "uxtheme.dll" file to allow 3rd party visual styles, if its not patched, then download and run the UXtheme Patcher from here:

^^ Yes. It takes the same resources as the default Luna theme takes as it uses Windows built-in theme engine.

^^ Use WinRAR or 7-zip. Both can be found in Downloads section.

I dont get the whole copy this to this. Its not working for me

^^ When you'll extract the downloaded RAR file using WinRAR or 7-zip, you'll get a folder. open it and you'll get another folder "Theme".
Now copy its content and paste them to "C:\Windows\Resources\Theme" folder. Where C:\ is the system drive where Windows XP is installed. Change it to the drive letter acc. to your system installation.

Is there any way to use these themes, if i am not administrator, so i cant patch my Uxtheme.dll file..

^^ You can use Tuneup Utilities to apply the theme without patching system files.
