This new theme is a black version of my recently released theme "VistaVG". Its also a Windows XP port of my "Vista Black Theme for Vista".

Download Link:
You can download the theme using following link:
Make Windows XP look-like Windows Vista
How to Install and Use:
1. Once you download the file, extract it. You'll get a folder.
2. In this folder, you'll get 2 more folders:
- Fonts (This folder contains Segoe UI fonts required for the theme. Copy them to "%windir%\Fonts" folder.)
- Theme (This folder contains the main theme.)
3. Download and run UXTheme patcher using following topic:
How to Install & Use Themes in Windows?
4. Copy all contents in "Theme" folder to "%windir%\Resources\Themes\" folder and apply the theme using Desktop Properties.
NOTE: In the above step, %windir% means C:\Windows\ folder. We assume that Windows is installed in C: drive in your system. If you installed Windows in some other drive, replace C: with the appropriate drive letter.

Very great themes, I like everything in the vista black theme except for 1 thing, the icon line up when viewing documents, folders ect. it seems that the theme has changed the setup order of them and they only show up in rows if you open the document/folder windows in full size. Also the start menu looks great but the pinned icons on left side should have a black background to fill out the black environment. I did not install the patch to the theme.dll file, because this theme seems to run great without patching anything and also im not using anything addional programs like xp styler or visual styler to use this theme because it is great the way it is by manually inserting the visual files in resources theme folder. I rate this theme a 9/10.
Joe
Also another question, how can I set a certain background to that specific theme to automatically load when I apply the theme, I tried adding a picture to the theme file next to the shell and visual file and set the properties to read only and it doesn't load with the theme.

^^ Edit the .theme file in Notepad and put the exact path of the wallpaper.
Joe
Everytime I load up windows, the task bar appears as a flat blue color for a few seconds and then the black task bar appears, I noticed this problem in the other vista vg themes as well.

Looks nice!!
Can I also change the old logoff buttons and screen with this or it remains the same?! Then how can I do that?
Thanks!
VG
^^ Are you talking about the buttons in startmenu? If yes, then they are automatically changed by this theme.
And if you are talking about the dialog box which appears once we click on the log off and shutdown buttons, then check this tutorial:
