Yep. You can again enable RKLauncher from startup if you want. OR download a fresh setup of RKLauncher and run it. It'll automatically run at every startup.

^^ Do you want to install the whole OSX pack again? I was talking about the dock. You can install RKLauncher or Rocket Dock:

^^ Use RocketDock. Its better than RKLauncher and also consumes less resources.
