I'm glad to announce my new theme "Vista Black" for Windows Vista.
I have created this theme for "Windows Vista Basic" users who can't use "Aero" in their systems and are forced to use the Vista Basic theme. I have tried to make it similar to Vista Aero theme.
NOTE: It'll apply the Aero theme by default. If you want to use the "basic" version which I made specially, then change it from "Windows Color and Appearance -> Open classic appearance properties for more color options" and select the Basic version from the list and then apply.

Hey, everytime I try to extract the files to %windir%.... I get this:

It seems you don't have permissions to extract the file. Login as Administrator and then try to extract the file or use following trick to take ownership of the folder:

Yea.. I already downloaded that... I took ownership... but I still get errors.

i have everything there but when i use it, it looks like its a classic theme and i'm not sure why, what do i do?

^^ Nope. Vista themes can't be applied in XP but I have already made its another version for Windows XP which you can find in "XP Themes" section.
