The most interesting and useful feature of Windows 7 is the new "Superbar". Superbar is a redesigned form of the old Taskbar. It shows only icons of running programs (Iconized Taskbar buttons), it allows to re-arrange taskbar buttons, its height is a bit larger than the old Taskbar.

You can also use a small utility to get iconized taskbar buttons:

Even though you can get the iconized taskbar buttons but you can't get big program icons like Windows 7. No need to worry, now its possible with the help of "ViGlance".
Our friend "Lee" has created an excellent utility "ViGlance" which provides a Windows 7 look-a-like Superbar in Windows XP and Vista. Its a portable application so you don't need to install it. Just run it and you have done.
Following is a screenshot of "ViGlance" in action:
As you can see, it shows big icons in taskbar buttons. Following are a few features of ViGlance:

@Just tried it and it dont work on computer either, Im runnin' Windows XP Home Edition SP3, The taskbar fades a bit when I go to it, and the start button is missin' all together, Not sure if there is something that might be clashin'with the program that im runnin' on my computer, Gonna have to digg deeper to find out why, All of your themes I use I have no problem with....
just remove the alky for window xp program then install again the superbar ^_^

No Sir there is no superbar like programs in Taskbar there is nothing on taskbar there is only transparency

^^ If you are using a custom theme or WindowBlinds skin, try to apply default Luna theme first.
Also disable any eye candy software like dock, etc.

works perfectly like windows 7 except for one thing that it doesnt have the small " x " button when the mouse is held over the icon. other wise a great thing to have.
