  • Shutdown button bug fixed
  • Password box fixed
  • "Welcome" text in PT-BR version changed to "Bem-vindo"

More Info

After downloading, extract the ZIP file using WinZip, WinRAR or 7-zip and look for the "LogonUI.exe" file. That's the file which contains the login screen. You'll need to replace existing "logonui.exe" file present in "%windir%\System32" folder with this downloaded one. Use "Replacer" to replace the file which you can find in our "Downloads" section.

Or you can use Tuneup Utilities to easily apply the login screen which is very safe.

  • Vishal and Raul,

Can you make a one big request, you see, I need the Windows Vista and Windows7 login screens for Windows XP OS, but, that on the bellow section of this login screens it is still written "(Microsoft) Windows XP Professional", and not "Windows Vista Ultimate" or "Windows 7 Ultimate".

I do not know how to made it, anything similar which I make by myself was one tiny Boot screen project before some 3 years ago, which was successful, and that's it. :)
In addition, I really try to do one Login screen by myself last summer actually, with ResourceHacker and Stardock LogonXP and some newer version of the same, a Logon Studio, but, when I was try just to add a 2 pictures in it, it gives me every time some parser error after I save this logon screen and try to test it... :(
And than I simply give up, because any logical help instructions over Net for this kind of stuff is very bad, or very obsolete and old...

Besides, If I took now even this project request right here, on by myself, and as a totally laik, I need yours allowing to do that on yours Login screens, and, an again, you will know what to do a hundred times quicker, better and easier, than I will plead to you and anybody else around to explain to me how can I do it finally by myself...

~ Once more, thank You for everything!!!
Well, I just stay with hope that you can menage something about my big request...

  • One more note in generally about Login screens, by default, when you press Caps Lock in Windows XP, and during you are in a Login screen, he will warn you that Caps Lock is press accidentally to ON. On many "homemade" Login screens there will not be any warnings about that, just the further note will later pass input pop up: "Did you forget your password?" or similar...

^^ I don't have much idea about Login screen but I hope Raul will answer you. :)

  • ~ Thank you Vishal once more! :)
I will finally shut up now, after so many of my big novelty text of mine... :)
