^^ No. It'll not add any new feature. If your system is already patched, you don't need to use it. Regarding background process, yes. It runs in background as a separate service all the time.

please answer following.

1. do i've to run it all the time in background whenever i use computer?
2. i already had patched my system with UXtheem a long time ago- do i need to do this again? - will it add more cool features?
