Hey... i have a few questions!

1. can i do this WITHOUT going into the registry? my dad doesnt want me in the registry cuz i might mess something up in it

2. is thr any other programs or features i can ad to my vista? i have sofar: superbar, all aero apps (thr r 3 of em), all sound schemes, boot up screen, login screen, and thats it

3. i need more windows 7 stuff

I was thinking... With this can I make something like a custom context menu?

Just like the New > Folder... I want it like Games > Play

^^ You can turn UAC off from User Accounts applet in Control Panel.
