"AeroSnap" tool has been updated to V.0.61 and is available for download.

If you are not aware of this product, then let us give you a little idea about it:

Windows 7 provides a new feature which is called "Aero Snap". You can minimize, maximize, resize window by just dragging-dropping it to the screen corners and "AeroSnap" is a 3rd party utility developed by "Christian 'edgi' Schoch" which can bring this feature in Windows XP and Vista.

Just install this utility and drag a window to a side of your desktop to snap it or drag it to the top to maximize. When you drag it back to the last position, the last window size will be restored.

It also works with multiple monitors.

Please keep in mind, that this software is still in beta process. It's stable enough to use, but it's possible that you'll get some errors.

^^ The developer has removed the Wordpad application thats why you are getting error message. Wait for a few days and he'll release a new version.

  • Damn program crashes my 2007 Vaio Laptop!

  • It works rather nicely after enabling the aero settings in it, BUT the dragging to the top does not ACTUALLY maximize the window, and you cannot drag a maximized window still. Good Beta though.
