NOTE: If you face shutdown button bug in startmenu, change the button settings to "Shutdown" instead of "Sleep" from Taskbar Properties. Also you'll need to replace the explorer.exe file included in the pack.
As you all know Windows 7 looks quite different from Vista. It contains an improved start menu, taskbar and also totally revamped Shellstyle in Windows Explorer.
The most impressive thing in Windows 7 is the redesigned taskbar. It shows a bit large program buttons which shows only program icons and not their names.
If you are impressed with Windows 7 theme and want to use it in Windows Vista, then you have come to right place. "DJ Gx" has released a new updated theme for Windows Vista which can provide the same Windows 7 interface. Following is a screenshot which was taken from Windows Vista while using this theme:

Can anyone please tell me how to get that bar on the left side of the above image? It has all the icons on a vertical strip. I have the theme installed, but do not know what it is called or how to access it.

Hi again and thanx for the help last time. You helped me make the new taskbar thing in vista with this theme with this link:
http://www.askvg.com/how-to-create-customized-desktop-toolbars-in-windows-vista/
but now I actually have Windows 7 and I swear I am doing the swame thing and it won't create the toolbar or whatever it's called. I took the Computer desktop icon and dragged it to the edge and it won't create it. Can you help with this please?

I thought I already posted this question here, but I guess It didn't connect or something. I now have the real Windows 7 and want to make the new toolbar like the question I asked above, but I tried the same thing in 7 and it will not make a bar.
