I have tried it and was also disappointed when I checked the option "Enable support for 4GB of RAM (or more) in Vista x86." Right after rebooting I found this option wasn't enabled, so I guess it doesn't work at all.

^^ Its a feature in the theme. You can disable transparency from Desktop properties to set the dark color permanent for taskbar.

One suggestion. Can you please add something for me?

Is it possible to tweak the taskbar to always be a dark black instead of being gray when all windows are minimized?

When using standard theme in vista basic and many other versions, having a window maximized makes the taskbar appear one way while having a window minimized makes it appear another way.

Is there a registry key I can modify

Even after i installed vistaglass and even tried using vista black theme for vista.
I still do not think my taskbar is dark enough. I always have color intensity at the highest(darkest) for charcol in the appearance settings.

Fantastic. One easy way to get rid of annoying Vista "features" and adding ones that are not defaulted. My computer is running faster, and doing what I want it to do. Kudos!

I Cant acces help in windows vista ultimate. While clicking help in startmenu an error is occured that "Internet Explorer Cant download / from windows".

LOL. We post here for what? To have people look and say O wow! Can we get someone to help us fix these glitches or problems or we just not use the BETA version of this,giggle. Better yet maybee I just post log on every website what this is all about. Hmmm, maybee not. Just trying to get this program to work so I can see if this really is decent. Clicked on the executive of Ultimate Windows Tweaker and get this

Now I am Computer savy and this will work on my computer but somthing is not right, tried almost evrything and nothing seems to get this to work,grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
