UAC Snooze, or any other application, can not turn off the UAC prompts until the user grants admin rights to the application. That is why UAC Snooze does require the user to grant admin rights the first time it is started. Once an application has admin rights, it does not need to turn off UAC prompts to cause problems with your system, it can already do what it wants. That is why it is safer to use an application like UAC Snooze to temporarily turn off the UAC prompts instead of leaving them off all the time.
