I really like this application but it makes me wander about the security of vista if it can be disabled that easy .. i know that viruses might use it against me but why microsoft require me to restart in order to disable UAC but this utility can do that without restart !!!
Why Vista don't have this built in !!

When installing an application, the installer has admin rights, not the application. UAC Snooze, or any other application, can not turn off the UAC prompts until the user grants admin rights to the application. That is why UAC Snooze does require the user to grant admin rights the first time it is started.

Once an application has admin rights, it does not need to turn off UAC prompts to cause problems with your system, it can already do what it wants. That is why it is safer to use an application like UAC Snooze to temporarily turn off the UAC prompts instead of leaving them off all the time.

Yes, I believe that.
But suppose you install some application, some screensaver, some toolbar... anything that requires UAC permissions to be installed. Well, suppose that this program is installing also a hidden tool like UAC Snooze that disable the UAC. Well, from this moment this application could do anything on your system, don't you think? And when you realize what is happened, is too late.

If a tool can do that, that means any malicious software could easily disable as well the UAC.
