TIP 1: How to import your Outlook contacts to Windows Phone 7

TIP 2: Windows Phone 7 is not detected by my computer and/or the Zune software
When you try to use the Zune software with Windows Phone 7, you experience one or more of the following symptoms:
- Your phone isn't detected by your computer.
- The Zune software doesn't open when your phone is connected.
- Your phone isn't detected by the Zune software.
