"TaskDock" is an excellent portable utility created by our friend "Solo-Dev" @ DA which gives Windows 7 Superbar a bit more Dock like feeling.
This utility automatically centers all Taskbar buttons including pinned items as shown in following screenshot:

To adjust the centering of buttons, right-click on its system tray icon and select "Config Centering" option. Drag the arrow to your desired position and double-click on the green arrow to save and apply the changes.
If you don't like the buttons in center, you can exit from the app any time by simply right-click on its System tray icon and select Exit.
You can download it using following link:

Would have been way better if it stretched out from the center and not just to the right!

Too bad doesn't work with XP :(

this works for me.. the program will reside in the taskbar so you have to right click it and an option will appear. choose config centering and a small window with a down arrow will appear. position that window so that the horizontal location of the window will be the rightmost side of the centered icons. that is the vertical position of the windows will be the position of your right most icon in the superbar.

Great application, just what I was looking for. Thanks!

Works great on my x64 Windows 7! Not even an issue with being towards the right or left when I want it bang on centre. It does the job great! Thanks!
Jazz
It's great but it should automatically set to center if I open many applications, instead of expanding it to the right..
