Hi Vishal,
is there any possibility of using StExBar and use commands that are seen in vista- like ORGANISE, VIEWS, SYSTEM PROPERTY, etc and tweak its background to create Vista fealing..?

Oh, yes I am using the MyColors Diamond theme but it is not black.

BTW, I wouldn't have minded the black bar if I was using a black theme.

^^ You might be using some 3rd party theme which is showing it in black. :)

1 query though... is there any way to hide the "StEx" toolbar name ? (appears like "sex" at a casual glance )
