"StarterDesktopSlideShow" is an excellent tool created by our friend "hb860" for Windows 7 Starter Edition which provides Desktop Wallpaper Slide Show functionality which is not present in this edition by default.
Features List:
- Change wallpaper on timer
- Change wallpaper on StarterDesktopSlideShow's start
- Change wallpaper by global hotkey (defined by user)
- Autostart after users logon
- Disable slideshow when on battery mode

So actually we can get the disabled features out of Windows 7 Starter without the need to upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium/ Basic/ Ultimate/ Pro.
