thhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhannnnnnk yooooou!!! for real im a nut for perfection and even though all u have to do is refresh ur desktop (just press F5) and your bin will fill up and empty manually, but it aint good enoughf now...PROBLEM SOLVED...THANK U GUYS!!!

THANKS! Thats was driving me crazy. Hasn't functioned correctly since I accidently deleted the recycle bin and then attempted to restore it thru the same desktop icon menu..... that is.... until now.
I appreciate your posting of the resolution.
