I've tried scanning in command prompt and when i try to start the notification service is says access denied and i kno that my graphics drivers are up to date. This happens as well as a continuous message throughout the use of my computer that says that windows may not be genuine. Any ideas?

^^ Do this: At login screen, click on "Options" key in the on-screen keyboard. It should present at bottom-right side near "Help" key. If you don't see Options key, then login and then go to "Control Panel -> Easy of Access Center". Click on "Start on-screen keyboard" and then click on "Options" key. Now in "Options" window, click on the bottom link "Control whether on-screen keyboard starts when I log on". Here uncheck the first option and apply it.

Because at the log on Screen, i pressed Ease of Access, then a windows opened, then i pressed they keyboard, but i'n getting irritated with it... everytime i open my laptop, it always appears...

^^ then its not possible I think. Sorry. Its the hardcoded keyboard at login screen. Most of the laptops show it.

It's not there... All i can see is Games, Internet Information Services with a Plus Sign, Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) Server, Printing and Document Services, Services for NPS, Windows Process Activation Service & XPS...

^^ Try to uninstall Tablet PC components from Programs & Features -> Turn Windows features on or off.
