i tried these and it didnt work, whenever i try to change my background a message comes up saying "cannot change desktop background. internal error occurred" please help

I no longer have that Problem.
Seems that WallPaper just got up and went.
I can't say what realy did it,but it's gone.

Delete below file in windows and

C:\Users\"Your username"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\TranscodedWallpaper.jpg

^^ No mate. I'm always here to help everyone as much as I can. Right-click on those files one by one and select "Edit" option. In this way, it'll open the file in Notepad. Now you can copy the text and paste here.

Hello VG!
I did not get through,
I exported the reg keys they were OK
I was able to copy, but not paste, I could not
open either.I tried print that opened a page with some text.
I of course could not understand it.
and it was very large.
I did not try to copy and paste this.
again I think I tried everything I could think of.
I feel very embarrassed about this.
I could just hear you thinking "how did this person get on my site"

I have been trying for hours to get these,
filles to you, I have been going from win7 to vista.
and back again, every time I think of something to try.
(would you believe 7 hours)
