Hey VG,
sorry that i had to post the message here but like i see that u never answered my other comments. Well i got a problem that u might know. I can't shut my pc off. When i click on the shutdown button in the start menu it does not turn off. I wait like 10 minutes. i don't got nothing running in the background either. Please help

Also, ingnition, try to disable clear pagefile.
After this I got super fast shut down.
Go to Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Local Security Policy - Shutdown: Clear virtual memory pagefile. Double click and change to Disabled.

Yes, it is. I got no problem after that, just fast shutdown what I missed so much.
Also I had iPod in USB port which slowed down shutdown together with pagefile.
USB slowed startup as well. So every time I restart or shutdown I remove iPod from port.
Maybe sometimes you can enable it and disable in next restart.

^^ Its safe but the option is already disabled by default in Windows unless you enabled it.
